A native of Weston, MA, Chris is in his 14th year at Proctor. Chris jumped at the chance to return to at his alma mater after working at the Berkshire School for two years. A 1990 graduate of Allegheny College where he played club hockey and lacrosse, Chris coaches lacrosse at Proctor and serves as an advisor to 5 students. He and his wife Lynne have 2 daughters, Jane (4) and Pippa (2) as well a black lab, Guinness (named after the Book of World Records). When not working at Proctor, Chris can be found walking aimlessly around a golf course in search of a missing ball (golf courses are not designed for lefties), snowshoeing or running a chain saw. Chris is citizen of both the US and Australia and spent many summers working on his family's sheep and cattle station in "outback" New South Wales, Australia.
Raised in Andover, James attended Proctor in the mid-90’s and enjoyed everything the school had to offer from Proctor in Spain to Proctor’s Mountain Classroom. He went on to attend the University of Vermont and played lacrosse for the Catamounts. After college James taught English for two years in Korea, and then returned to the States and became the Head Lacrosse Coach, Assistant Football Coach and an English teacher at Hampton Roads Academy in Newport News, VA. For the last four years He taught English and was the Head Lacrosse coach at Chase Collegiate School in Waterbury, CT. James led Chase to three undefeated division championships and two undefeated league championships, and a 57-16 record over the last four years. He has coached two All-Americans and three Academic All-Americans over the last six years and was named Coach of the year for Western New England DIII in 2009 and 2010, and US Lacrosse Coach of the Year for Western New England in 2009. He is currently the Vice-President of the New England Secondary School Lacrosse Association and will become President in 2012. James lives in Carr House with his wife Monica, a Pathologist at Boston Children’s Hospital, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Moxie and their Newfoundland, Bruin. James is also the son of Lida, the Proctor Bookstore Manager.

Originally from Durham NH, Hunter Churchill studied Geography and Architectureat the University of New Hampshire. Hunter joined Proctor’s admissions team in 2011 and currently coaches boys varsity hockey and boys J.V. lacrosse. His hobbies and interests include: fly fishing, biking and photography. Hunter lives with his family in Carr House.

Christina grew up in Essex, Vermont and is a graduate of Colby College where she studied English Literature and Education. At Colby she was a 2-year captain of the Women's Ice Hockey team and currently coaches Proctor's successful Girl' Varsity Ice Hockey program. Christina resides in Fowler House, advises students and is the Director of Financial Aid. When not working, Christina can be found running, cooking (her Baklava is incredible!), or traveling overseas. In addition, Christina is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Public Administration at UNH and serves as the President of New England Prep School Girls Ice Hockey Association.
A 26 year Proctor employee, Charlie and her husband Newman live in nearby Newbury, NH. When not greeting families for Proctor or coordinating the Summer Reading program, Charlie can be found visiting her sons, Christopher '89 and Sean '91 and their families in San Diego, CA and Glendale, Arizona. Charlie attended Indiana State University and is working on outlasting her third Admission Director.
Avery joined the Proctor Admission team after working at Pine Cobble School (MA) and the Stanwich School (CT) where she taught physical education and coached a number of teams. A graduate of Proctor Academy 02’ and St. Lawrence University, Avery was the captain of her collegiate lacrosse team and coaches both field hockey and girls’ lacrosse at Proctor. When Avery is not working, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Faye was born and raised in Ridgewood New Jersey and when upset, you can
hear her accent! Faye attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and
graduated from William Paterson University with a degree in Psychology in ‘78. Faye moved to New London, New Hampshire with her husband Ed in1980 and In the fall of 1999 became a member of the Proctor community followed by her son's Zach ‘04 and Ethan '07, both football team captains! Family has always been first and foremost and Proctor is an extension of Faye's family. When not working, Faye is a gourmet cook and event planner extrodinaire!
