Proctor's Nordic ski team has battled the worst snow year in recorded history this winter, using its training time on snow as efficiently as possible. After having a number of races canceled due to insufficient snow conditions, Wednesday's race at Gunstock saw the boys' team finish in 1st place, as five Proctor skiers followed two St. Paul's skiers into the finish line to earn the team win. Congratulations to the boys' team as they pursue a Lakes Region Championship during the next two weeks!

Student-improvement squads cut the first ski trails on Proctor's campus in the 1940s, engineering a rope tow powered by an old tractor engine and starting an athletic tradition that has remained core to Proctor ever since. This weekend, Proctor celebrates its rich skiing history with the Proctor Ski Area celebration on Saturday. Read on for details regarding Saturday's event.

The three-season locker room addition to the front of the Teddy Maloney Hockey Rink is complete and Proctor's hockey teams are currently using the facility. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place Saturday, February 4th at 4:30 pm for those who wish to join. To read more about the athletic facility renovations at Proctor, click here.
