Originally from Little Compton, RI, Phil studied History at Davidson College before earning an Ed.M. at Harvard University. Phil joined Proctor's Social Science Department as department chair in 1995 and currently teaches AP Government and US History while coaching varsity lacrosse and self defense. His hobbies and interests include: music, running, and farming. Phil lives in Wilmot, NH.
