The College Counseling Office recommends that students take the SAT or ACT once in their junior year and once again during their senior year. Since testing requirements and application deadlines vary between institutions, it is important that students become familiar and aware of testing requirements as part of the initial search process, especially when considering Early Action or Early Decision.
