Media Policy

All media requests should be directed to the Director of Communications who will promptly respond to requests. Reporters may take photographs and video footage of the Proctor Academy campus with permission from the Director of Communications. To gather images or video on campus grounds, or in any Proctor building, a photographer or videographer must be accompanied by a member of the Communications staff. To arrange an interview with a student, faculty, or staff member please call 603-735-6710.

Alumni Information Policy

It is school policy not to release address and telephone information of its alumni constituency. In order to contact an alumnus, please call Director of Alumni Relations Lauren Smith at 603-735-6720.

Logo and Proctor Name

The name Proctor Academy and trademarks are protected under federal law. They may only be used with the express prior written permission of the Director of Communications.

Visual Identity Guide

Proctor's visual identity includes a logo, specific colors, and distinct typefaces. We have produced a guide that details the visual identity standards, including how to correctly use the logo. A pdf version of the guide is available.

Proctor Academy Seal

Use of the Proctor Academy seal is restricted to official documents, such as the Proctor diploma. It may be used for occasions such as commencement and special events that represent the entire school. Please contact Communications at 603-735-6710 for permission to use the seal.

Athletics Logo

Use of the Athletics logo is restricted to athletics-related materials, including some merchandise in the bookstores. It should not be used on printed materials or websites that promote academics. The Proctor logo and the Athletics logo should never be used on the same page. To request permission to use the Athletics logo, contact the Athletics Department at 603-735-6667.

Originally from Proctor, VT, Scott studied Business Administration and played varsity basketball at Gordon College before earning a MA in Education-Leadership at Michigan State University. Scott joined Proctor's Social Science Department in 2006 and continues to teach Economics and coach varsity boys' basketball while serving as the school's Director of Communications and Marketing. Scott lives in Andover and his hobbies and interests include spending time with his wife Lindsey and children Camden, Micah, and Sadie and his church community.

Becky graduated from Fitchburg State College with a B.S. in Communications/Media and a concentration in Graphic Design. She lives in Bristol with her husband, Pat, and enjoys traveling, boating, and nature.
Ryan Graumann

Originally from Santa Cruz, CA, Ryan studied International Relations and Spanish at Colby College. Before joining Proctor, Ryan worked in strategy and operations consulting in Boston and taught English in Costa Rica. Ryan joined Proctor's Social Science Department in 2012 and served as Proctor in Spain (Segovia) Co-Director from 2012-2021. He is currently Digital Marketing and Communications Manager on the Communications team. Ryan lives on campus in Ives House with his partner, Mikaela, and children Lucia and Theo. His hobbies and interests include: spending time with family, cooking, travel, reading and writing, and any and all outdoor activities.
