  Bio

  A native of Weston, MA, Chris is in his 18th year at Proctor. Chris jumped at the chance to return to his alma mater after working at the Berkshire School for two years. A 1990 graduate of Allegheny College where he played club hockey and lacrosse, Chris coached lacrosse at Proctor and serves as an advisor alongside his wife Lynne, a biology teacher at Proctor. Together, they have 2 daughters, Jane and Pippa. Chris is citizen of both the US and Australia and spent many summers working on his family's sheep and cattle station in "outback" New South Wales, Australia.

  Bio

  Originally from Andover, NH, Alicia graduated from Proctor in 2015. She received her B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Medical Sciences from Lindenwood University, where she played Division 1 Rugby. Alicia is now pursuing her Master's of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy from Boston College. She spends her summers exploring the outdoors and spending time with her friends and family.

  Bio

  Originally from Durham, New Hampshire, Hunter graduated from Proctor in 2001 and studied Geography and Architecture at at University of New Hampshire. Prior to rejoining the Proctor community in 2011, Hunter lived in Hailey, Idaho where he was a professional fly fishing guide and photographer.  He currently coaches boys’ junior varsity hockey and field and stream in addition to his admission responsibilities. His hobbies and interests include: fly fishing, biking and photography. Hunter lives in Ferguson House with his wife Katelyn and their four children: Hannah, William, Crosby, and Ella.

  Bio

  Originally from North Conway, NH, Christin spent most of her childhood and adolescent years alpine ski racing. She attended Green Mountain Valley School and raced for the US Ski Team before committing to her studies at Dartmouth College. After college she was the Director of Admissions and a ski coach at Burke Mountain Academy and also pursued graduate work in Science Education at Teton Science Schools in Jackson, WY. Christin joined Proctor's Admissions team in 2016. Her interests include skiing, hiking, biking and photography. She lives in Elkins, NH with her family.

  Originally from Somerville Massachusetts, Amie moved to Andover NH with her parents in the mid-’90s. She currently lives in Sutton NH with her husband Seth. Amie joined Proctor Academy in 2018, as the Help Desk specialist in the Technology Information Services department and now is in the Admissions Department.  When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, taking the dogs on walks, and kayaking.

  Bio

  Kate was born and raised in Billerica, MA. She attended the Buckingham Browne & Nichols School in Cambridge, MA where she played ice hockey, soccer and lacrosse, graduating in 2017. Kate attended Hamilton College where she continued to play ice hockey and received a BA in Psychology with Minors in Education and Communications in 2021. She spends the summers visiting her parents in Hampton, NH and enjoys surfing, golfing, and going to the beach.

  Bio

  Coach Ben Rulli serves as the Head Football Coach and Assistant Boys' Varsity Lacrosse coach at Proctor Academy.
  
  

  From 2007 to 2014, Coach Rulli was a part of the football coaching staff at Proctor Academy and was the head coach for five of those years. In 2014 he was hired at his alma mater, Carroll High School, in Dayton, Ohio, to lead the football program. As a football coach, Coach Rulli has had over 65 former players play at the Division 1, 2, and 3 levels, and one drafted professionally. Coach Rulli has had numerous All-New England, All-Ohio, All-Greater Catholic League, and All-Evergreen League selections. He has had five players recognized as Conference Player of the Year, two as Lineman of the Year, and one Defensive Player of the Year. In 2013, Coach Rulli represented New Hampshire at the N.F.L./U.S.A. Football Summit in Canton, Ohio. During his first stint at Proctor Academy, Coach Rulli was a part of two undefeated teams that earned berths in the Rick Del Prete Bowl and Norm Walker Bowl, respectively. In his first year back at Proctor in 2019, Coach Rulli led the Hornets to a 7-1 regular season and the Ken Hollingsworth Bowl. 
  
  

  During his tenure at Carroll High School, Coach Rulli founded their boys' lacrosse program. In just four seasons, he established a lacrosse program from infancy to over 40 boys playing lacrosse. He coached a U.S. Lacrosse All-American and Academic All-American, 14 All-Region selections, 2 All-Ohio selections, and in 2018 he was named Ohio Division 2, Region 7 Coach of the Year. Coach Rulli is part of an elite group of lacrosse coaches nationwide with U.S. Lacrosse Level III Certification, the highest level of certification offered by U.S. Lacrosse.
  
  

  In Coach Rulli's career, he has taught History and English, served as a dorm parent, was a Dean of Students, and is currently the Director of Stewardship and Assistant Director of Communications/Marketing at Proctor Academy. He attended and graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was an offensive lineman all four years of college. Coach Rulli capped his college career as an All-Ohio Athletic Conference selection at center.

  Bio

  Lisa is currently Proctor Academy's Admissions Office Coordinator/Assistant Director of Financial Aid.  A native and resident of New London, Lisa graduated from Colby College with a BA in Sociology and pursued graduate work at the University of Denver.   Lisa worked for many years as a writer and editor for Wadsworth Publishing Company in San Francisco.   Returning to New London, Lisa raised her family while serving on many local non-profit boards and volunteer organizations.   Lisa and her husband, Michael, are pleased to serve on the PAPA Steering Committee as three of their children have attended Proctor…Ian ’15, Connor ’18 and Mackenzie ’20.  Lisa enjoys hiking, gardening and reading in her free time.

  Zachary Zavalick 

  Assistant Director of Admission/Boys' Varsity Lacrosse & Boy's JV1 Soccer Coach

  Bio

  Originally from Glastonbury, CT, Zach Zavalick studied Psychology and Education at Wesleyan University. At Wesleyan, Zach was the Vice President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, a community advisor, and a four-year starter on the men’s lacrosse team, winning an NCAA National Championship in 2018 and a NESCAC Championship in 2017.  In addition to being an assistant director in the Admissions Office, he is also the head boys' varsity lacrosse coach. His hobbies and interests include hiking, mountain biking, and traveling.
