May 2 | All seniors participating in Senior Project meet with Assistant Head of School Karin Clough to finalize their project details, departure date, etc.
May 8 | Seniors taking part in an off-campus Senior Project may depart campus following their last commitment so they can travel to their project location. Please note travel hours DO NOT count toward a student’s Senior Project hour total.
May 9 | Seniors taking part in an on-campus Senior Project official begin their project following their last commitment. For these students, their classes will be complete (unless finishing out an AP course or completing a graduation requirement), but they will remain engaged in their afternoon activity.
May 11-26 | Senior Project underway for all students participating. Students completing an off-campus project may return to campus after 5:00 PM on Tuesday, May 26, but should not plan to return earlier than that time.
May 27 | Proctor’s annual Express Fest celebrating art awards, a yearbook dedication, and providing a showcase of all Senior Projects will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 27. All are welcome.
