Athlete Performance

Proctor’s athletic department provides a strength and conditioning program as well as nutritional guidance services to all students, faculty and staff. Through VOLT Athletics, student-athletes, coaches and community members have access to customizable, sport-specific training programs designed by certified athletic trainers.

Student-athletes and coaches also have access to a certified sports nutritionist who meets regularly with teams to explore ways to maximize athletic performance through diet and nutrition.

Student-athletes also have access to two full-time certified athletic trainers and a well-equipped athletic training room. Athletic trainers are present during all practices and games. Learn more about the athletic training services at Proctor by exploring the downloads and links on this page.
