Step 2 | Schedule an Interview
Please complete our
Pre-Visit Form to generate an admissions profile for our Visit Coordinator to reference and then give our office a call at 603-735-6652 to schedule an interview, in person or virtual. The interview is required for admission to Proctor.
Step 3 | Apply
Applications are due February 1 for a decision on March 10th. Proctor accepts the Standard Application Online (SAO). Please visit
www.ssat.org/sao to create an account and begin the application process. The following materials will need to be submitted in order to complete your application file:
- Student Essays
- Parent Statement
- Math Teacher Recommendation
- English Teacher Recommendation
- Principal/Guidance Counselor Recommendation
- School Report and Transcript Forms
- Standardized Test Scores (see below for more information)

Step 4 | Standardized Testing
Proctor is test optional. If you would like to submit testing, acceptable testing includes the SSAT for incoming 9th and 10th graders. SSAT score reports may be sent directly to Proctor via your SSAT testing dashboard (SSAT School Code: 5914). For older students, acceptable testing includes the PSAT, PLAN, SAT (School code: 30015) or ACT. SAT scores may be emailed to Proctor at admissions@proctoracademy.org.
International Applicants: International applicants for whom English is not the primary spoken language must provide TOEFL scores or Duolingo Test Report to Proctor. A TOEFL score of 85 or higher is required for admission to Proctor.
