The Application Process
Step 1: Learn More About Proctor
Please complete our Inquiry Form and provide us with your name and email so that our Director of Admission can reach out with a more information about Proctor and we can begin to get to know you and your family!
Step 2: Schedule an Interview (and Visit!)
Call us at 603-735-6652 or email us to schedule an interview and campus tour, in-person or virtual. This step is required for all applicants.
Before your in-person or virtual visit, please complete our Pre-Visit Form so that we can make your your in-person or virtual visit as meaningful as possible.
Step 3: Apply
Applications are due February 1 for a decision on March 10th. Proctor accepts the Standard Application Online (SAO). When you click the link below you will be redirected to a third-party website.
Application Requirements (through SAO)
- Parent Statement
- Student Essays
- Current English Teacher Recommendation
- Current Math Teacher Recommendation
- Principal/Guidance Counselor/Advisor Recommendation
- Grade Reports - current year, plus the two past years
- For Learning Skills Applicants Only - recent educational testing (within 3 years) - please email the documentation to: admissions@proctoracademy.org
- For International Applicants Only - recent TOEFL or Duolingo testing

Step 4: Optional Testing
Proctor is test optional. If you would like to submit testing, acceptable testing includes the SSAT for incoming 9th and 10th graders. SSAT score reports may be sent directly to Proctor via your SSAT testing dashboard (SSAT School Code: 5914). For older students, acceptable testing includes the PSAT, PLAN, SAT (School code: 30015) or ACT. SAT scores may be emailed to Proctor HERE.
