Originally from Milford, NH, Lindsay attended William Smith College where she studied Mathematics and Latin before earning a graduate degree (M.A.T.) from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Lindsay joined the Proctor community in 2009 as a Mathematics Teacher. Lindsay currently serves as a mathematics teacher of Math III and Precalculus while coaching Softball . Lindsay lives in Cortland with Melanie and their two children, Anders and Zion . Her hobbies and interests include: Woodworking, being outside, and biking.

Originally from Prince George's County, Maryland, Ricardo has spent 5 years leading and coordinating Outdoor Education and Summer Camp programs in Virginia before joining Proctor Academy. Additionally, he worked at Barca Residency Academy in Arizona with the Residence Life team. Ricardo grew up playing many sports but fell in love with wrestling and has been coaching the sport for the past 6 years. Serving as Proctor's Student Life Coordinator, Ricardo is excited to be a part of what makes this Proctor community such a special place. He also coaches volleyball in the fall. In his spare time, Ricardo enjoys reading, playing sports, and finding new food places to enjoy a meal.

Raz has been a resident of Andover, NH for many years. She is a Colby-Sawyer graduate, with a BS in Education, who taught and coached at the Andover Elementary/Middle School before joining the Proctor Community in 1998. Raz's original role on campus was the Director of the Proctor Childcare Center. In 2012 she accepted a position as a learning specialist in the Learning Skills Department. Since then, she has been a dorm parent in both Burbank East and most recently Farm House. She is an advisor, and also a coach of the Varsity Softball Team. Raz is one of only two faculty members who have traveled, as part of an annual school-sponsored trip, to the Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota every summer since 2015 to connect with friends and family of Proctor in a deeply moving and special way. She has enjoyed becoming a leader on this trip and sharing her experience with faculty and staff who are experiencing the prairie for the first time. She also enjoys time with her family, biking, and hiking with her two dogs.

Originally from Lawrence, MA, Cheka first joined the Proctor community as a student in 2009 before matriculating to Endicott College in 2013, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Master of Science in Homeland Security. A two-sport athlete at Endicott (field hockey and basketball), Cheka brings the same discipline, organization, leadership, and strategic mindset to her role as Executive Assistant to the Head of School, where she supports Head of School Amy Smucker, the Board of Trustees, and the school's Senior Leadership Team across all areas of school life. In addition to her role in the Head's Office, Cheka serves as assistant coach for the varsity girls basketball team and lives with her wife, Josie Ventura-Sanchez, and dog, Lincoln, in Fowler House. Cheka believes deeply in Proctor's mission and its impact on young people, and loves being able to help drive that mission forward through all of her roles.
