Behind every high functioning organization are talented, dedicated individuals who help coordinate, organize, and structure the time, energy, and efficiency of the administration. For Proctor, Eula Kozma and Christine Piquette serve as invaluable administrative assistants, helping guide projects, tie up loose ends, and drive the school forward in critical ways. Learn more about Eula and Christine in this week’s Community Profile!
How long have you been at Proctor?
Eula Kozma | Executive Assistant to the Head of School and Board of Trustees - 2 years
Christine Piquette | Assistant to the Dean of Teaching and Learning - 2 years
What do you love most about working here?
Eula: The people who make up the Proctor community! I also love working on a campus. We are so fortunate to have 2,500 sprawling acres to call home.
Christine: I would have to say that the unparalleled support and connections that are shared with one another is what I love the most.
If you could take part in one of Proctor's Off-Campus Programs or take one class at Proctor, what would it be?
Eula: My pick would be Mountain Classroom. I love seeing the photos and reading the blogs from Mountain Classroom each term. I haven't spent much time out West and Mountain Classroom seems to be my ideal mix of learning and adventuring.
Christine: European Art Classroom
What makes you proud of being a part of the Proctor community/of our students?
Eula: I am most proud of the way members of the Proctor community truly embrace one another's differences, yet we all remain connected in the shared Proctor Experience.
Christine: I am most proud to be a part of a community that strives to love and support one another. The way that students are engaged and supportive is what I am most proud of.
What is one fun fact or hidden talent that you have?
Eula: I love to swim and have been known to hop in nearly any body of water. The most unusual was swimming between two tectonic plates called the Silfra Fissure in Iceland.
Christine: I used to be a cross country truck driver!
