Proctor Academy’s softball team is off to a strong start in a highly competitive Lakes Region League. With dominating early season wins over Gould Academy, Kents Hill School, and New Hampton School, the Hornets lost three straight contests to St. Paul’s School, Tilton School, and Kimball Union Academy before earning a solid win over Holderness on Wednesday.
As the team enters the second half of their season, they continue to rely on the leadership of senior captains Katie Vlacich ‘23 and Sophie Hausladen ‘23 and seniors Paloma Garcia '23 and Emma Pine '23 to lead a relatively young squad into action each game day.
