Finally, a Win!

With a call out for volunteers, our numbers diminished by injuries and sickness, the JV2 squad scored early and held off Kearsarge Regional High School's JV team. Meg Kimtis found the net at 13:30 and the defense, led by Emma Pine, Maggie Loftus, Katie Vlacich, Tori Braley, and Eliza Lewis held off the KRHS attackers. Julia Kelly had a particularly strong and spirited game from her position at center midfield and Violet Sperry sent mighty crosses to other strikers, but penetrating Kearsarge's defense proved difficult after that first goal. We send a special shout-out to Bella Eaton for recording a shutout in her inaugural game as a keeper for Proctor!
