We had perfect winter.....before students returned. Then it turned to this! We saw a lot of umbrellas Monday. It poured at times, and some saw lightning. . Emi pursues a project in wood shop. We're back at it. When shall we three witches meet again? In thunder, lightning, or in rain? When the hurlyburly's done, When the battle's lost and won.

Winter Resilience

The winter we want starts off with heavy snow which provides the base for the repeated coatings of dry powder that we enjoy--on slopes, cross country racing or old-fashioned ski touring. This past weekend provided these conditions better than we have known for many years.
