Penultimate Post

Next Monday, June 30, I will post my final Chuck’s Corner. When I started this run fifteen years ago, I had no idea the medium eventually would be called “blogging,” or that my readership would reach beyond Proctor constituencies. I just wanted to enrich a new website with my experience of life surrounded by teenagers. Now, a couple of thousand posts later, I have to figure out how to bring it to closure!

Chuck: I would just like to say thank you for all you have done to show everyone the Proctor story. You brought the viewer inside Proctor so that we could all feel what the Proctor experience is all about. You will be a hard act to follow, but they said that about Jay Leno....Jimmy Fallon. Best of luck and I hope you can find a replacement who can continue what you started fifteen years ago. Best, Tom Rudkin, Class of 1970.

The website does look great, but it just won't be the same without Chuck's Corner!! Wishing you and Sarah the best for your next adventure!! Thanks for showing everyone what is happening at Proctor. No one can write and take pictures the way that you do!!
