Seawolves Sink Hornets

The Proctor Academy Hornets traveled south to take on a very tough Tabor Academy squad in a rare Thursday afternoon tilt.  After a scoreless opening frame, Tabor capitalized on two Proctor miscues to take a 2-0 lead into the room at the second intermission.  Proctor Academy's buzzsaw, Tate Singleton, closed the gap to 2-1, but that's as close as the Hornets would get, and this one slipped away despite a strong effort for all three periods.  Ville Vanilli stood tall between the pipes, and Nate Reilly and Owen Kuhns were strong on the back end.  The boys will enjoy a much deserved long weekend break, and get back on the ice on Monday to prepare for Brewster Academy on Wednesday.
