Proctor Loses Another Tough One

The Hornets lost their second straight in a high scoring matchup against Tilton. The Rams managed to score 6 on the night to Proctor's 4, though it was not for lack of effort by Proctor. Finding themselves down 5 - 2 in the third, they were able to get within 1 to have a chance to tie it up. Hallee Courtemanche opened up the scoring with assists to Lilly Vezina and Jules Warmke, and Caroline Larsson scored from the point with assist going to Grace Joscelyn to round out the scoring in the first period at 2 apiece.

Tilton scored one in the second and four were scored in the third between the two teams. Sophie Weintraub got a shorthanded goal with an assist from Caroline Coyne, and Hallee Courtemanche brought it within one for her second of the night from Jaime Hort. Proctor just couldn't hold on as Tilton scored with 3 minutes left to take a 2 goal lead and end the game with a win.
