Proctor Drops Third In A Row

Proctor played their best game yet against a talented Vermont team, but fell just short in the final minutes of the game. VA took advantage of a fast break on the first shift of the game to take the 1-0 lead right out of the gates. That proved to be the only goal in the first, and Proctor's Caroline Coyne got the lone goal in the second off a breakaway opportunity. VA took an early lead in the third, and with just under 8 remaining in the game, Proctor's Anna McCluskey tied it up from an off angle shot after a hard forecheck. With just about 3 to go, VA put another one away resulting in another tough loss for Proctor.

The girls played incredibly hard and are getting better each day. They are back at it on Wednesday as they travel to Middlesex in search of their first win.
