Proctor Picks Up Big Win Against Tilton

Proctor battled hard against a talented Tilton team, and came away with a well-earned win in just the third game at home all season. Tilton got on the board first, but Proctor answered back off a goal from McKenzie Sudolnik from a point shot by Caroline Larsson that Natalie Daniels tipped in front to get it to Sudolnik. The two teams went into the first period tied at 1. In the second period, Caroline Coyne put home the go ahead goal on the power play from a shot by Kara Baird on the point. The game remained 2-1 until late in the third when Coyne got the insurance goal on an empty netter to solidify the win. Marina Mirabella had an incredible game in net for the Hornets. The girls will look to build on this game as they take on Groton in another home game on Wednesday at 4.
