Snowboarding - Competitive Team
2018 - 2019Head Coach: Dan EganDevelopmental Snowboarding:
Developmental snowboarders make up the majority of the riders at Proctor. This group is supervised by a total of seven coaches. This program allows snowboarders of all abilities to hone skills that will allow them to participate as competitors in racing, boardercross, and freestyle events in the future.
Competitive Snowboarding:
The competitive travel team consists of ten athletes and two coaches. This team will travel to races and freestyle events across New Hampshire and Vermont as they vie for another Lakes Region Championship title. Athletes are also afforded the opportunity to participate in regional rail and slope style events. Additional opportunities to attend USASA events in order to qualify for USASA Nationals are availalbe throughout the season. Along the way skills will be built, friendships will be forged, and fun will be had by all.Whether a rider exhibits an interest in racing gates or boardercross, riding jumps and jibs, or just slashing as much powder as possible, Proctor affords student athletes the opportunity to become well rounded snowboarders with a true passion for the sport.Come ride with us!
